Stop WhatsApp messages

Reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat with the restaurant. We record your request straight away and stop sending you receipts and order updates from that restaurant.

Ask for your data to be deleted

1. Email ordiqco@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number or email you used, and the restaurant name if you know it.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or email, so that nobody else can delete your data.
4. We confirm by email once the deletion is done.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email, addresses, WhatsApp conversation records, loyalty points and marketing preferences held by ORDIQ.

What we must keep

Order, invoice and tax records that the law requires restaurants to keep (for example sales filed with the Punjab Revenue Authority) are kept for the period the law sets, with your personal details removed where the law allows.
